Diamond Delivery and The Rick & Sue Foundation arranged to bring soccer uniforms and equipment to the needy children in Africa. The kids were excited to wear the uniforms and delighted to use real soccer balls – for in the past they used balls of string, bags or whatever they could find to improvise a ball.  The kids also received bikes, from the generous donations Diamond Delivery and the Foundation in turn, received from our caring community. These children feel as though they’ve won the lottery, with the little things we take for granted!

Spectators of this African town gather to watch the unloading of a container, delivered by Lift the Children, Diamond Delivery and The Rick & Sue Foundation. The container arrived early December 2011, providing aid to the orphans supported by Lift the Children. It was filled with supplies and athletic equipment, thanks to the joint effort of so many generous donors.

Some of the children from the orphanage excitedly receive clothing and goods that were sent in the container.
